Description of Service
Nibbled is a nutrition tracking application for iOS. It allows you to log food intake, view nutrient data, set personal goals, and optionally write nutrient data to Apple HealthKit.
Informational Purpose Only
Nibbled is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional dietary or medical advice. The app does not provide health recommendations, diet plans, or medical guidance.
Nutrient data is sourced from USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all nutritional information is complete or error-free. Data completeness varies by food item and source.
You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making dietary decisions based on information from this or any nutrition tracking application.
Purchases
Nibbled is a paid-upfront app available for $4.99 on the App Store. All features are available immediately upon purchase. There are no subscriptions, trials, or recurring charges.
Optional premium theme packs may be available as separate one-time purchases.
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.
Intellectual Property
Nibbled, including its name, icon, mascot, themes, design, and source code, is the intellectual property of Gastlichu Creations and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app or its assets without prior written permission.
Your Data
All data you create in Nibbled is stored locally on your device. You own your data. We do not access, collect, or store any of your information on external servers.
You can export your data at any time and delete it at any time.
User-Generated Content
Nibbled allows you to create custom foods, recipes, and meal templates, and to export and share these with others. You are solely responsible for any content you create, export, or share. Gastlichu Creations does not monitor, endorse, or assume liability for any user-generated content or shared templates.
Third-Party Data Sources
Nutritional data is provided by:
- USDA FoodData Central — United States Department of Agriculture. Public domain (U.S. government work).
- Open Food Facts — Open-source community database. Licensed under the Open Database License (ODbL).
These services are operated independently and their availability is not guaranteed.
Limitation of Liability
Nibbled is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to inaccurate nutritional data, data loss, or health decisions made based on information from the app.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Nibbled shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in San Diego County, California.
Termination
You may stop using Nibbled at any time by deleting the app from your device.
Changes to These Terms
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
